This Sunday 21 July will see the West Cork Vintage Ploughing and Threshing Association annual working day taking place in Timoleague.

The charity fundraiser has become an annual crowd-pulling event featuring vintage silage cutting among other activities.

I also hear some of the group completed a vintage tractor run from John o’ Groats to Land’s End in Britain, after completely the journey from Malin Head to Mizen Head in 2023.

Now that is some going.
