Here’s a great story. Eddie Walsh and Sons (EWS) butchers from Donegal town has been crowned European sausage champions. I’m told this is the Champions League of sausage-making. EWS held off competition from 20 of the best sausage-makers in Europe to claim the prize in Alençon, France, recently. EWS’s sausages were rigourously tested and prodded before getting the gong. A fine accolade for the company.
