The Dealer’s opinion is that a world without cows wouldn’t be a nice world to live in for lots of reasons.

Alltech will launch the global premiere of its feature length documentary “World Without Cows” next Wednesday night in the Pearse Lyons distillery on James’s Street in Dublin. I’m told that the filmmakers Michelle Michael and Brandon Whitworth will be in attendance.

The award-winning documentary challenges what we think we know about cows, climate, health and the future of the planet, and includes some Irish voices and footage from Irish farms.
