The IHFA is the latest society to pull the plug on its premier bull spring sale, which was set to take place on Friday 3 April in Nenagh.
The society, which had 32 bulls pre-inspected across Ireland, cancelled the event due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
In the last two days, the following have also been cancelled or postponed:
Irish Simmental Cattle Society premier sale Saturday 21 March, Roscommon – Cancelled.
Curraghtarsna Angus dispersal sale Saturday 21 March, Kilmallock – Postponed until Saturday 18 April.
Irish Limousin Cattle Society sale Saturday 21 March, Tullamore – Cancelled.
Irish Hereford Breed Society premier sale Saturday 28 March, Tullamore - Cancelled.
