Lot 3 comprises of a two-story house and sheds on circa 1ac. The house has not been lived in for a number of years and could be suitable for the Vacant Property Refurbishment Grant.
Alternatively, if the purchaser wished to upgrade the structure, the presence of the house could be viewed favourably as part of a planning permission application.
There is an electricity connection and a private well for water supply. This lot is near the roadside and a three-bay round roof hayshed with a lean-to either side is the main building in the yard. This lot is guided in the region of €25,000 to €30,000.
The auction takes place on Thursday, 29 February at 3pm in the Castle Hotel, Macroom.
