Agivey House in Aghadowey near Coleraine, Co Derry has been offered up for sale with a guide of £1.9m (€2.2m) for the whole property.
The sale is being managed jointly by two real estate firms, namely Savills and Bensons. The property is available to buy in its entirety or in three separate lots.
Agivey House itself is a detached country residence which was fully renovated by the current owners in 2005. The house is laid out over four floors, including a basement, and retains period features, such as Georgian sliding sash windows.
Four bedrooms are located on the first floor and the second floor (attic) is currently used as an office but could potentially be converted into more bedrooms.
