Last week in Irish Country Living, Mary Phelan had an interview with Web Summit founder Paddy Cosgrave. This year’s event was at least twice as large as last year – it’s a mammoth logistical undertaking occupying the entire RDS site. The food arrangements were across the road in Herbert Park where a combination of Margaret Jeffares and the Good Food Ireland members with all their restaurants and Darina and Hazel Allen from Ballymaloe put on non-stop food of an extremely high quality. They came from all over the country to serve up the best of Irish produce. It reflected well on them and on the country.
