With a range of new car deals for 171, it can sometimes be as confusing matching the deal as deciding which car is best for you. Here, we look at what each of the popular car brands have on offer for 171 new car deals.

Audi

Audi has some new models for 2017, including a new Q2 smaller SUV that could have farm family appeal. Audi claims to offer prospective and current Audi owners the opportunity to avail of competitive personal contract plan (PCP) finance offers and rates, in addition to savings on equipment upgrade packs, across the 171 Audi range.

Citroën

The French Citroën brand has a new C3 for 2017, along with improvements to the C4 Picasso and changes to the Dispatch van range. Citroën is offering scrappage deals from €1,000 for the small C1 up to €6,000 on a new Grand Picasso model, along with a €500 Dunnes Stores shopping voucher.

Dacia

Dacia has upgrades across the range for 171 and especially for the competitively priced Duster SUV, which is popular with rural drivers. For 171, Dacia retains its zero deposit offer with 4.9% APR on a PCP finance offer from Dacia Bank.

Fiat

Fiat has a new Tipo car on the market and the latest Fiat deals allow customers the opportunity to upgrade their chosen Fiat model with extra equipment for €171. Each upgrade offers additional features, technology and styling enhancements. Fiat Ireland is also offering a series of finance packages, including a 5.9% APR PCP and 6.9% APR HP.

Ford

Ford has a new seven-year warranty offer for 171, along with the new Kuga SUV, a new Edge larger SUV and improved Ranger 4x4 pickup. Ford calls it a ‘‘real deal’’ offer and it comes with 0% finance and reductions of up to €4,250 on selected models.

The price reductions relate to higher-specification Titanium cars.

Hyundai

Hyundai is a market leader with the Tucson SUV and a new-generation range of the i30, ix20, i40 models on the way, as well as the new IONIQ hybrid or all-electric car. The Hyundai 171 offer includes five years’ free servicing, a scrappage bonus of up to €5,000 and a new insurance offer with no age or penalty point restrictions.

Kia

Kia is offering low-cost finance options from 0% to 3.9%, depending on the model and deal choice, on all new cars for 171. Kia is also offering a €500 SuperValu voucher, which is based on a non-refundable deposit of €500 on all new cars ordered by 21 December.

Mazda

For 171 buyers, Mazda offers a Mazda2 Executive with complimentary activity style pack. The 2017 Mazda3 comes with upgrade offers worth up to €1,600, while the Mazda6 has similar offers worth up to €2,000. The new CX-5 comes with complimentary Sat Nav, while the sporty Mazda MX-5 comes with €500 of complimentary accessories.

Mercedes-Benz

The E-Class is Ireland’s Car of the Year 2017 and the big news is that Mercedes-Benz has introduced a 10% reduction on the price of all Mercedes-Benz passenger cars in Ireland with immediate effect. The reduction, which will apply for a limited period, will be implemented evenly across all models and all model segments, free of any terms and conditions.

Mitsubishi

Mitsubishi has a new Outlander version for 171 and there are specification upgrades coming to the Outlander Diesel, Outlander PHEV and Outlander Business models. These include 3.9% PCP finance for ASX and Outlander models, winter bonus offers up to €3,000 on Pajero Commercial two-seater models and €2,000 on L200 Executive models.

Nissan

Nissan is offering a scrappage deal on all models, including the commercial versions of the Navara that include a trade-in deal up to €4,000. Nissan also has a 4% APR rate on finance deals across the range. The company is offering two years’ free insurance on all new 171-registered cars ordered before 31 December 2016.

Opel

For 171, Opel Ireland has announced new car finance offers with 0% PCP on all new Corsa, MOKKA X, Astra, Insignia and Zafira Tourer models ordered from now until 31 December and registered before 31 January 2017. Opel is also offering a free trial period of Wi-Fi services for three months to all customers who have OnStar specified in their Opel.

Peugeot

Peugeot has a new 3008 SUV on the way and car buyers who order a Peugeot before 31 December can avail of a Peugeot PCP finance from as low as 2.9% APR and there’s up to €1,000 deposit contribution or €4,500 scrappage allowance on selected models. All Peugeot cars now come with a five-year warranty. Peugeot van deals come with 3.9% HP finance and up to €4,000 scrappage allowance.

Renault

Renault has new Mégane for 2016/17 and new Scenic and Grand Scenic on the way for 2017. Kadjar and the Captur are the brand’s popular SUVs for rural drivers. The Renault 171 offer includes 3% APR finance, three years’ servicing and five years’ warranty and roadside assistance. The 3% APR offer applies on PCP and HP across the Renault car range.

Seat

The big news from Seat is the arrival of the Ateca, which is the company’s first SUV. Seat offers include a free three-year service plan, 0% finance available on selected Ibiza and Leon models, up to €4,000 scrappage on the Leon range and finance from as low as 2.9% on the new SEAT Ateca SUV, as well as finance of 1.9% on Seat Leon SE Select.

Skoda

Skoda has displaced Volkswagen as many farmers’ car of choice in the knowledge that there is loads of Volkswagen stuff under the bonnet. For 171, Skoda is offering a 0% PCP finance offers on selected models, with the option of a scrappage allowance that can be up to €4,000. Skoda is also offering a three-year servicing deal.

SsangYong

SsangYong has a three-way 171 option across its range of cars and SUVs registered before the end of February 2017. New car buyers for 171 can choose from 4.9% APR finance of scrappage up to €4,500 or five years’ free service in all models in the SsangYong range.

Toyota

Toyota has a cool-looking new C-HR SUV new for 2017 along with upgrades to the Corolla. The Toyota 171 offers include a scrappage allowance of up to €3,500, up to five years’ free servicing, free technology and styling packs and lifetime roadside assistance of the car. Toyota also offers a low-cost 2.9% APR finance deal for buyers who opt for a PCP deal.

Volkswagen

Volkswagen has lots on offer, including the new Tiguan SUV launched this year for 2017 and a new Golf is on the way as well as upgrades to the Passat. Volkswagen’s 171 savings offers include low-rate finance from Volkswagen Bank, starting from 1.9% APR for a PCP loan, half-price R-line packs, three-year service plan discounts, premium upgrade packs and free motor insurance options, as well as three-year service plan savings.

BMW

BMW has a new 5 Series on the way for 2017 and recently announced a new Ultimate BMW Incentive deal for 171 car buyers in advance of that. This new Ultimate BMW Incentive comes with generous price rebates and complimentary service inclusive packages rounded off with strong residual values guaranteed by BMW Financial Services.

The incentives (which are not called scrappage deals at BMW), ranging from €3,500 to €6,000, are being offered on new BMW models.

Land Rover

The big news from Land Rover is the arrival of the new Land Rover Discovery for 2017. Land Rover in Ireland has competitive PCP offers on the new model, but it is not due here until spring 2017 and prices are expected to start from €60,000.
