The location is 12km from Aughrim, 12km from Arklow and the N11 and 15km from Rathdrum.

The largest part of the holding is open heather commonage running from Aughavannagh towards Lugnaquilla, providing rough grazing. There are c1520ac held in Fee Simple and the vendors have grazing rights on c538ac of this land. Further legal detail is available from the vendor’s solicitor.

  • Lot 1: fee simple of c1,520 acres with c538ac of grazing rights on Aughavannagh Mountain and c1ac of enclosed land nearby. The guide price is €250,000.
  • Lot 2: c8ac adjoining the Aughrim to Baltinglass road, guided at €40,000. This is rough grazing land and also suitable for forestry.
  • Lot 3: the entire, guided at €290,000.
