In conjunction with the Family Carers Ireland, two carers will tell their life stories, while Catherine Cox from the Family Carers Ireland will give advice on minding yourself both mentally and physically while caring for someone else.

4.10pm – Dr Eddie Murphy, clinical psychologist: We may know Dr Eddie best for his encouraging words on Operation Transformation, but at our conference he will be giving us all advice on being more resilient and overcoming adversity.

4.50pm – Vicky Phelan: The woman that exposed the cervical cancer scandals – Vicky Phelan. Although Vicky is terminally ill, she is determined to fight to keep this crisis on the national agenda.
