A 45ac holding is up for sale at Douras, Woodford in Co Galway. The sale is being handled jointly by Martin Tyrrell Auctioneers and Brian Tuohy Auctioneers. Some 10ac of the land is top quality and the remainder is mixed. The land is being used for sheep grazing at present.The guide price is €4,000/ac or €175,000 in all. It’s being sold by private treaty.
