The CCM Property Network have brought a 70ac farm on to the market, with an old farm house in need of renovation and farm buildings, at Coolnahane, outside Mallow in Co Cork.

The property is divided by the busy N72 which runs from Mallow to Killarney. As a result the property is for sale in three lots.

On one side of the main road is 53.4ac which is currently in maize and spring barley. This land runs down to the River Blackwater. Auctioneer Eamon O’Brien said it is being guided at €500,000.

The 14.87ac has a guide price of €150,000, said Eamon O’Brien. He breaks this down as €8,000/ac for the land and €30,000 for the farm buildings.
