The Midland and Western Livestock Improvement Society Ltd will now host all of its sales in Carrick-on-Shannon on the Irish Farmers Journal’s online bidding platform, MartBids.
The society holds monthly pedigree beef cattle sales and also a large number of pedigree and commercial sheep sales during the year at the famous Carrick-on-Shannon venue.
Its first sale on the MartBids bidding platform will be the Irish Blue Texel Sheep Society premier sale taking place this Friday 15 August at 6pm.

Prospective purchasers are advised to contact the sales office prior to the sale should they wish to bid online at Friday night’s sale.
