The farm is 8km from Carrick on Suir, 23km from Clonmel, 30km from Dungarvan and 30km from Waterford City.
The land lies in two sections with 44.552ac on one side of a public road and 100.718ac facing it on the other side of the road. There is over 1km of road frontage on both sides of this road.
The land is good quality and free draining. Approximately 60ac of the holding are in tillage, 13.11ac in forestry with the remainder in grass.
According to the auctioneers the farm has been well maintained and fenced. The tillage fields are of regular shape and are level.
The farmyard has a large shed with a straw bedded area and a slatted area. There is also a large cattle holding unit with pens and a cattle crush.
