The company is a fermented and dried-meat ingredient supplier in Europe, and will be looking for people to fill its graduate programme as well as 10 general operatives, a science and innovation project manager and a maintenance technician among other roles, at the fair.

“Dawn Farms looks for someone with passion and innovation. In our company, the customer is always the centre of our focus and we look for someone who will champion the customer. The person must be flexible and adaptable to change with the times,” Cathal Cassidy, senior HR officer, says.

The graduate programme that the company offers is based at the company’s headquarters in Naas and is a 24-month structured programme.

“We give guidance and support to our graduates, along with business coaching. They get to work across the different sections of the company in supply chain, development, science and innovation, food safety and technical.

Cathal will be at the fair in the RDS and says he is on hand to talk to individuals who have an interest in Dawn Farms and would like to give him their CV.

The company is also recruiting for a HR person who will be based in Northampton in the UK, a quality supervisor based in Naas, a project engineer based in Naas, a maintenance technician based in Naas, a business development executive based in Naas and a science and innovation manager based in Northampton, UK.

There is a role as supply and innovation manager available, which he thinks could be hard to fill as he says it is often hard to find people who have a lot of past experience in the area.
