Help clean-up Beaumont Quarry, Cork, this Tuesday 20 November. The team will be removing sycamore saplings, as it is a non-native tree and can be invasive in certain situations.
The focus is on trying to keep an area of wet willow woodland free of the saplings. Gloves, bin bags and litter pickers will be provided along with a well-deserved tea/coffee.
There is also a volunteer group being formed to help out with practical conservation on the site. If you are interested in joining this group please email beaumontcnn@gmail.com
