CR-V economy
The Honda 1.6 i-DTEC engine has proven its real-world efficiency, this time in the new CR-V. In a test over more than 500 miles, the CR-V achieved 77.86mpg, almost a quarter more than its official quoted figure. The success of the CR-V comes on the back of a recent triumph for Honda’s new diesel engine, with the Civic 1.6 i-DTEC scooping third place out of 23 in this year’s MPG Marathon.
