Food businesses and their owners have the opportunity to trial and sample new products and services, seek advice and gain insight from industry experts and network with over 300 people in the food industry. This is a free trade event for all visitors. Talks will be delivered by industry experts including Birgitta Curtin (Burren Smokehouse), Veronica Campbell (chair of the Food Safety Consultative Council) and Dr Evelyn Hannon (nutritionist).
