A teenage tractor driver was pulled over and had the tractor he was driving seized by An Garda Síochána.
The incident happened in the Cahir area of Co Tipperary on Sunday 7 October.
Gardaí had initially pulled over the tractor as it was driving in the dark without rear lights and an unsecured load of silage bales.

A category 'W' tractor licence can be obtained by someone from the age of 16.
Some 159,982 tractor learner permits were issued in 2017, more than double the number issued in 2013, accorded to the Road Safety Authority (RSA). There were also 410,603 full tractor licences issued in 2017, marking an increase of 15% since 2013.
