A host of tractors, mowers and slurry equipment were among the items sold at the latest auction held by Irish Machinery Auctions in Naas.

There was plenty of value to be had on the day, with some higher-priced items making over €10,000.

The next monthly machinery auction takes place on Saturday 17 August.

Bidders were keen on this Mustang skid steer equipped with bucket and forks, which sold for €5,400.

This 2015 Vogelsang 6.5m trailing shoe attachment for a slurry tanker was auctioned for €4,200 plus VAT.

This Chieftain double-axle low loader complete with ramps, ideal for transporting plant and machinery, sold for €3,000 plus VAT.

This John Deere 3350 made €2,000 plus VAT on the day.

Bidders must have been interested in this Blec Rotor Rake 3000, selling for €10,000 plus VAT on the day.

This Belmac 1600 gallon slurry tanker sold for €900 plus VAT at the auction.

This vintage Ford 4600 with only 2,684 hours, equipped with power steering, was purchased for €2,500.

This 8T Stone Master cart complete with a hydraulic conveyor belt, ideal for farmers carrying out their own drainage work, sold for €2,000 plus VAT.

This 10ft Class Disco 300TC conditioner mower must have intrigued bidders. It sold for €2,500 plus VAT.

There was a considerable amount of interest in this classic Ford 4610 equipped with power steering with only 5,087 hours on the clock as it was purchased for €5,200 plus VAT.

This Major AG6000 6FT agitator went under the hammer making €800 plus VAT at the auction.
