According to Met Éireann, there will be some nice winter sunshine on Friday, with occasional showers over Ulster and Connacht.

Northwest winds will be mostly moderate, with maximum temperatures between 5°C and 8°C.

Friday night will be mainly dry, with a few showers over the northwest during the night, developing into heavier showers on Saturday morning.
