Good morning. In the news today: around 1,000 protesters show up at Slaney Foods in Co Wexford, more constituency profiles, grazing guide management notes and Storm Imogen hits our shores.

Weather forecast
Storm Imogen, the third storm of 2016, hit our shores overnight. As a result, Met Éireann has issued two weather warnings – an orange wind warning for Cork and Kerry, and a yellow wind warning for Clare, Wexford, Waterford and Limerick. Both warnings are due to remain in place until noon this morning.
The forecaster has also issued a yellow weather advisory for the whole country, which is also valid until noon today.

Met Éireann predicts that the storm-force winds will abate during the morning, but it will continue to be windy in most areas for the rest of the day with strong to gale-force westerly winds.
Tonight will be cold with temperatures down to between +1°C and +3°C. Scattered showers will become confined to western coasts and will fall as sleet and snow on hills and mountains.

A crowd of about 1,000, made up of mainly of Irish Farmers Association members, braved the elements in Co Wexford on Sunday afternoon to register their opposition to the ABP purchase of half of Slaney Foods.
The Labour Party has launched its plan for the rural economy ahead of this month's general election.
