The Glen Of Aherlow is the brand new single from Louise Morrissey. The track is taken from her forthcoming album which is due for release in the coming weeks.
The song was penned by Michael J McEvoy and celebrates the famous Glen in Tipperary which lies close to Louise’s home village of Bansha.
The Glen of Aherlow has been celebrated in song on a few occasions in the past. Sam O’Doherty’s recent release, The Man from the Glen, has strong resonances with the same region.
