Cork baler open day
Cork Farm Machinery is holding a baler open day on Tuesday 18 December from 10 am to 5pm. Cork’s new baler centre is responsible for the distribution of Kuhn and Massey Ferguson balers for the county.
The day will see a selection of balers from both Kuhn and Massey Ferguson. Some of which will include:

Two rolls of 750mm silage film are fed into the chamber at the front, wrapping the bale with standard bale wrap instead of net. Upon reaching the wrapping table, a further two layers of film are applied to the bale both horizontally and vertically as the dispenser arms rotate through 90° on the satellite wrapping arms. The recently unveiled Protec MF combination baler, an updated and revamped version of the Lely Tornado, is set to be on show. It features a completely different design to the other combination balers available on the market today. The RB 3130F Protec makes bales with a diameter of 1.25m, with the option of selecting 13, 17 or 25 knives. It weighs 6.45t offering full Isobus compatibility.
Both MF and Kuhn personnel will be on hand during the day to answer all questions.
