Fastparts, a sister company to Farmhand, the Irish importer of Krone and Amazone, will put on a broad display of implements and attachments at Grass 2026. One such attachment taking part in the bale-handling demonstration is the Quicke Unigrip 160 soft hands bale-handler.
Available in a number of different variants, the series is available with an adjustable back support and the option for a second bale back-stop. The Unigrip L+ and XL+ is designed to grab and transport two bales at once, doubling productivity. The L+ model is designed to handle bales from 120cm to 160cm, while the XL model can handle bales up to 190cm in diameter.
With the optional equaliser bar, the manufacturer says you get synchronised arm movement, which gives the same features as a two-cylinder bale grab. It says the Unigrip L+ and XL+ comes as standard with a pressure restrictor valve to protect the silage from compression and to prevent structural damages to the basic design. Additionally, a load-hold valve for handlers with free return to tank on third service is offered to ensure a secure grip.

The APV GK 300 S combi harrow and slit seeder is offered as a one pass reseeding solution.
Aside from a 4.5m Rakeman grass harrow and the Dromone range of hitching solutions, Fastparts will exhibit the new APV GK 300 S Grassland Combi harrow and slit seeder.
In its most basic form, the unit incorporates a sprung levelling board up front followed by 24 sprung seeding coulters (12.5cm row spacing), designed to slit the surface and place seed at a depth of 1-3cm.
The hydraulically adjustable coulter bar can be pressurised to apply up to 70kg of downwards force per coulter. Finishing the seeding process is a 410mm diameter toothed ring roller, designed to encourage optimum soil seed contact.
Alternatively, the standard PS 300 pneumatic seeder can be swapped out for the new PS 500 unit, which allows a second seed type or fertiliser to be applied at the same time.
This is made possible by the divided hopper, available in either 70:30 or 50:50 split, and the divided seeding shaft. Alternatively, a second pneumatic seeder (Smart Twin) can be added for a combination of slit and broadcast seeding, application of different seed types or half width control.

A 4.5m Rakeman grass harrow will feature on the stand.
