Carlow-based importer of Bateman sprayers, F Jenkinson Ltd, will feature the latest RB35 sprayer with the new Capstan Pinpoint three-nozzle system.

The machine will also feature for the first time in Ireland, the new the E-drive transmission, which is designed to provide a wider range of control in all situations.

The E-drive features include powerful boosted braking giving a combination of hydrostatic and dynamic braking, using the emergency brake pedal. The machine has a new road mode setting to give a fully automatic drive with the option of eco mode and/or cruise control.

When working in the field, the E-drive gives the option of manual throttle control, coupled with a stability control system that is equivalent to a fully automatic drive mode, which at any time has a manual gear selection override. In work, the cruise control system can be used to give the optimum field working speed.

Capstan PinPoint III PWM

Bateman has collaborated with Capstan AG to develop the new PWM system, which is capable of handling the highest speeds, biggest booms and largest flow rates with accuracy and response.

The new PinPoint III adds predictive rate and flow control to lock on to target and spray under the most challenging field conditions and machine configurations.

Using sensor fusion technology, PinPoint III uses multiple sensor data points for reliable control. Controlled flow and pressure at the nozzle allow for accurate and repeatable application to achieve the desired coverage.

Speed up, slow down, turn, overlap or any combination of those variables will not affect the consistency built into this system.

Also on the stand will be the first public showing of Agleader products. Agleader is the preferred display for liquid and GPS control on Bateman sprayers.

F Jenkinson Ltd has become the Agleader partners for Ireland. Jenkinson’s FTMTA Machinery Show stand will include the Agleader Incommand 1200 display, along with a Steadysteer steering unit. The stand will be supported by a display of a range of Teejet products.
