Merlo UK has announced significant changes to its agricultural dealer network to help strengthen its presence across the east, southeast and midlands.

Merlo UK has confirmed that Farmstar Ltd, with depots in Marr (south Yorkshire), Brigg (North Lincolnshire), and Market Weighton (east Yorkshire) will become main agents for the franchise alongside its existing franchises which include Case IH, Kubota, and Kverneland.

Ernest Doe with a strong network of 19 depots in East Anglia, south Lincolnshire, and southeast England will also become main agents for the Merlo rag range after taking on the construction range earlier last year. Ernest Doe are well-known dealers for CNH among other franchises including Lemken, Maschio etc.

Finally, the Turney Group has expanded the Merlo franchise to its Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire depots have just taken on the agency for its Gloucestershire depot last year.

Together the three dealers encompass a total of 25 depots across a large chunk of England.
