As some people might know, 8 to 14 October is World Mental Health week and a group of Macra na Feirme development officers across Ireland want to mark the occasion.
Ahead of World Mental Health week, which runs from 8 to 14 October, a group of Macra na Feirme development officers came up with the idea of marking World Mental Health Day on 10 October or doing something that week.
The idea behind it is to let people know that Macra na Feirme is there for everyone and the aim is to have talks or a tea and coffee morning/evening or even watch a film as a group.
The main objective is to remember that doing something small could make a big difference to someone.
