The organisation held a Ploughing launch for its book A History in Pictures, which provides a picture-based history of members’ and the organisation’s achievements over the past 75 years. Macra met several politicians during the National Ploughing Championships. Lobbying priorities included issues such as Budget 2020, Brexit, the beef industry, rural broadband and mental health services.
