Although Mancel is a new brand to the world tractor market, it is part of the wider YTO group which manufactures tractors under its own brand name.

The tractor is powered by a 4.5l, four-cylinder FPT stage 5 engine. The four models range in power from the 110hp F5.110 to the 145hp F5.145.

The tractors are equipped with the Cararro front axle, similar to what Case IH and Claas among others would have previously used.

The tractor is equipped with a 40km/h four-step powershift transmission, built by YTO themselves.

These new tractors are being built in Saint Dizier, France. A spokesperson told the Irish Farmers Journal that 80% of their components are European.

The tractors can be equipped with front linkage

The tractors range in weight from 5.12t up to 6.6t and can be equipped with front linkage if required. The two smaller models will have a hydraulic flow rate of 110l/min while the larger models will have a flow rate of 120l/min. These tractors will be retailed in early 2020.

Smart Connect

The company also launched a Smart Connect application. This allows a farmer to establish the tractor’s location and view operations and associated data for their tractor. This includes fuel consumption, speed, time taken to complete a journey, a project, etc.

Eighty per cent of all components for the tractor are European.
