The master’s in agricultural extension and innovation is now available to the thousands of people employed to work directly with farmers and farm families. These roles are centred around building a strong, lasting relationship with farmers and their businesses.

The master’s may be useful to those currently employed or seeking employment in roles in technical sales, advisory, safety inspection, accountancy or business planning.

Our agri-food industry is growing everyday and to stay competitive it’s important to have support teams of highly skilled people, both technically and personally, to encourage innovation and behavioural change on farms and in farm families.

This master’s programme is aimed at graduates building a career in advisory, education or sales in agriculture and its aim is to improve the prospects of the employee and the business they work for. The programme is designed as a part-time master’s over a two-year period including both online and face-to-face learning.
