He revealed that some of his full-back line prowess was down to a childhood herding cattle on the family farm.
The Donegal inter-county footballer could be on to something as himself and all four of his brothers all play in the backs.

Jimmy compared Kerry’s Sam Maguire famine of four or five years to Kildare’s fortunes and almost resulted in the food fair becoming a football one.
Hitting back in jest that Kildare were happy to have the global innovation centre for Kerry in Naas, he added that it was mentioned to him that its location on the side of the motorway was an annoyance to Kerry folk going to the All-Ireland every year.
