Jack Dobson, who along with his brother Jim owns Dunbia meat processors, scooped the top prize in the industry category of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2015 awards this week.

After receiving the award, Dobson said he was accepting it on behalf of his brother (with whom he cofounded the business in 1976) and all the employees at Dunbia.

“I also really want to acknowledge the farmers who supply us and our customers whose long-term relationships and loyalty have allowed us to grow the company over the years” he said.
