The Dealer hears that the Kingston farm in Nohoval, Co Cork, is on the market for over €2m. Property auctioneer Cohalan Downing has advertised the 170-acre farm for sale.
It is being sold on the instructions of receivers David Swinburne and Kieran Wallace from KPMG amid a high-profile legal dispute.
When The Dealer made enquiries about the property, he was informed that the land was “in negotiations”.

The dairy farm near Kinsale, Co Cork, was owned by Ireland’s Fittest Family winners, the Kingstons. However, a judgment obtained by ACC Loan Management for €2.45m against the family led to the sale of 950 purebred Holstein animals on the farm in April 2016.
