Eucolait represents no fewer than 430 dairy trading companies with an estimated combined turnover in excess of €80 billion. Randles is no stranger to the ropes in Eucolait, having served on its board since 2008. She also has a stint on Bord Bia’s dairy board, which no doubt helped her in the term at the helm in Brussels.
