Spare a thought for poor Eamon O’Sullivan, the new CEO of Arrabawn Tipperary, whose first task in his new job was to oversee a milk price cut of 3c/l. It’s not the start to his tenure that he would have liked.
Another big job for the Cork man is to ensure that all of the former Tipperary Co-op suppliers who handed in their notice this time last year, remain loyal to the new entity.
The Dealer hears O’Sullivan has been out on the road meeting the farmers personally to convince them to stay.
