Dairy prices fell 1.3% at Tuesday’s Global Dairy trade auction.
Butter prices fell 3.5%, while cheddar prices were down 3.6%.
Skim milk powder (SMP) prices were up marginally, but 0.3% while whole milk powder (WMP) prices were down 1.1%.
Anhydrous milk fat (AMF) was also down 1.7%, while butter milk powder (BMP) prices rose 17.7%.
