If the programme is accepted by all parties, Fianna Fáil’s Micheál Martin would be elected as Taoiseach on either Saturday 27 June or Monday 29 June in the National Convention Centre.

The programme for government has set out a plan to publish a successor to Foodwise 2025, within six months of Government formation. It will be “an ambitious blueprint for the industry for the years ahead”.
January 2021
A new State-funded flagship environmental scheme, dubbed REPS Mark II, is to be in place for the transition period between the current CAP, ending in December 2020, and the next CAP. The transition period is expected to be two years.
