I’ve seen a lot in my time, but push ups at the Ploughing is a new one.
There was plenty of activity on the Irish Farmers Journal stand at the Ploughing, much of it aimed at keeping the mind and body healthy.
Tipperary fitness brothers Dave and Michael Kennedy were on hand to get visitors moving, including a few well-known names.

Fianna Fáil MEP Barry Cowen did some push ups, while Kerry Cowboy Séaghan Ó Súilleabháin and Rose of Tralee Katelyn Cummins took on squats, lunges and shoulder taps.
