Fans of Goatsbridge Trout Farm can now not only visit the farm itself and its new visitor centre but also learn the tricks of the trade by attending a smoking workshop.

As part of the experience, visitors can expect a guided tour of Goatsbridge Trout Farm where they will learn about trout farming and processing, the family history and the heritage behind the company. A smoking workshop will precede the tour, where visitors can learn to smoke their own food by combining the effect of salting, drying, heating and smoking. Lunch is provided, with a menu of Goatsbridge trout, cold and smoked trout, trout pâté and trout caviar.
