Cow overboard in Rotterdam

Cow overboard: Rotterdam’s floating farm found itself in hot water again this week, after a second resident fell overboard into the city’s harbour. The experimental farm opened in the Netherlands in 2019, branded as the first floating platform, is home to a herd of cows and a Lely robot. The innovation's sustainability has been promoted through recycling animal waste on-site and offers an example of urban farming that could produce more food within cities of the future. \ Media TV
