The rear three-point linkage is rated to lift 11,000kg, up from 8,000kg in the 4000 series and to the surprise of many, 1,000kg more than the 8000 series. Front lift capacity is rated at 5,000kg, which is also ahead of the current generations which offer a 3,500kg front lift capacity.
The hydraulic pump offers 205l/min which can be optionally doubled up into a twin pump configuration and offer a 410l/min output.

The G Series is now available with a continuously variable transmission.
The G Series was the first of Valtra’s fifth generation tractors launched in 2020, and now, the 100-145hp models are now available with a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The existing Powershift models will remain in production, with no changes to engine output. The new CVT option is available across all four G Series models and comes in two configurations: Active and SmartTouch.
Developed and manufactured by AGCO, the CVT transmission features a single working range from 0 to 40km/h, making operation simple. All CVT models are equipped with Load Sensing hydraulics.
Valtra says the CVT also supports fuel efficiency, keeping engine revs low while maintaining productivity. The powertrain operates on the EcoPower principle, already proven in Valtra’s larger Q and S Series tractors. There is no need for separate EcoPower models in the G Series CVT lineup.
