The second block of land of 6.7ac is located about 14km away at Moher, Ballinasloe but is part of the same holding. This land is in one parcel and has frontage on the public road. There is good interest in this land because it is only 1km from the M6 motorway exit for Ballinasloe, Noel McEvoy says.
