A 25.25ac holding is on the market near Croagh, Co Limerick.

The land is at Ballycannon and is being sold by John Giltinane and Associates. It will go for auction and the guide price is €380,000. The farm is located midway between Bruree and Bruff. It’s 7km from Kilmallock, 14km from Charleville, 32km from Limerick city and 36km from Mitchelstown.

This farm is divided into four fields and is 1km from the N21 at Croagh village. Auctioneer John Giltinane said that the holding is top-quality Golden Vale land, with a good depth of quality topsoil and has a long grazing season.

The auction takes place on Thursday 6 October at the Dunraven Arms Hotel, Adare, Co Limerick.
