There was something of a stir at Chelsea Flower Show this year over a cowpat in one of the gardens. The cowpat had been carefully removed from a farm, sod and all, to one of the show gardens and was an integral part of the display.
UK prime minister Theresa May declared the cowpat to be “wonderful”. You’d have thought Mrs May would have had enough of dealing with cowpats, given that Brexit is just 10 months away.
