ANC payments for ploughing week
As has been the case in recent weeks, the Areas of Natural Constraint (ANC) payments are expected to start moving into farmers’ bank accounts next week.
It is expected that in the region of €205m will be paid to approximately 100,000 farmers, although all payments may not take place next week.

Payments will be delayed to farmers who have yet to meet the required stocking rate densities of an average of 0.15LU/ha over the calendar year and at least 0.15LU/ha over a seven-month retention period.
Payments will continue as farmers meet the required stocking rate densities.
