The farm, called the Old Mill is near Rosslare in Co Wexford and is being sold by Quinn Property.

The holding is situated at the end of a road leading to Old Mill beach. It has close to 400m of frontage on to this road.

The area is 5km south of Rosslare Harbour, 8km from Rosslare Strand and 15km from Wexford town.

The farm is all in grass.

Location

To find the farm, driving out from Kilrane take a right at Culleton’s Pub onto the Churchtown road. After 2km turn left at the sign for St Helens and then turn right for Hazelwood Stables. Continue 1.5km and it’s on right hand side with the auctioneer’s sign visible.

Lots

The farm will be offered in one or three lots, as follows:

  • Lot 1 will be 11.67ac with 300m of frontage onto the local beach and with a derelict traditional stone building. Its guide price is €100,000 to €120,000.
  • Lot 2 will be 55.2ac of top-quality farmland with the cattle pen and handling facilities. It is guided at €7,500/ac to €8,000/ac.
  • Lot 3 will be 5.47ac with the house. Its guide price is €200,000 to €220,000.
  • The farm will also be offered in the entire with a guide price of €750,000 to €800,000.
