The trade here has improved again in the past week. Last week, we had about 250 cull cows on offer, which were a strong trade. While feeding cows suitable for grass are a steady trade, seeing little change in recent weeks, the forward store cow has been a much better trade here, with some cows seeing prices increase by over €100 to even €150/head in recent weeks. Forward store cattle have seen prices improve also in the last week and things are looking a lot more positive now than a few weeks ago. Weanlings are a very strong trade at the moment also.
