Preparations are in full swing at the UL Sports Arena for Dairy Day on Saturday 15 November. Thousands of farmers from across the country are expected to descend on the University of Limerick campus to attend the event organised by the Irish Farmers Journal.
Keynote speakers Simon and Lisa Lynskey are flying in from New Zealand to speak at Dairy Day and they will be joined by French farmer Hermjan Darwinkle and market analyst Christophe Lafougere from GIRA.
Talks commence on the two stages at 10.30am and run through to 4.30pm, with a new live demo area for 2025 showcasing cubicle cleaners and bedding equipment.

Also new for this year is a careers and education village, where attendees can get career advice from industry experts and leading dairy farmers.
Also speaking at Dairy Day are the chairs of six of the biggest co-ops in the country along with the CEOs of Ornua and Kerry Dairy Ireland.
