Simon and Lisa Lynskey, dairy farmers from Taranaki in New Zealand are coming to Ireland to speak at Dairy Day 2025 in Limerick on 15 November.
The Lynskeys are milking cows on two farms, one of which uses once-a-day milking, while the other farm is on twice-a-day milking. Simon previously worked in Ireland and Britain and had roles in the fertiliser and banking sector in New Zealand before returning home to farm, taking over from his parents John and Carole.
The Lynskeys will be joined at Dairy Day by Christophe Lafougere, a leading global dairy analyst with French outfit GIRA. More announcements of speakers will be revealed in the coming weeks.
